Maria has over 20 years of senior-level operational management and client services experience, primarily for outsource providers to the Life Sciences industry. As Global Chief Operating Officer, Maria leads our operational and client services functional areas. She gains a deep understanding of client goals and objectives and leverages our expertise and resources to continually enhance programs and strengthen client-Diligent partnerships. Prior to her current role, Maria was Global Head, Project Management at Diligent, with responsibility for leading the implementation process to ensure new programs were strategically planned and smoothly launched.
In his role at Uniphar (formerly Diligent Health Solutions), Frank collaborates with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective technological solutions that drive business performance for our clients. He has extensive senior-level IT leadership experience in the pharma and health care industries, with a focus on strengthening infrastructure and implementing technology that supports business goals. Frank has deep expertise in systems design, global application development, enterprise software implementation, and Agile Project Management.
Matthew focuses on driving new client partnerships and growth for our Medical Information, Deployment, and Patient Services solutions. With 17 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Matthew brings deep expertise in sales leadership, strategy, and business scaling. He holds a BS from Penn State, an MBA from Wilkes, and a Doctorate from USC. Outside of work, he volunteers as a suicide prevention counselor, values family time, and is preparing to publish his book “The 7 Mindsets for the 7 Stages of Sales,” later in 2025.
Daniel leads the strategic HR function at Uniphar (formerly Diligent Health Solutions), overseeing talent and performance management, employee relations, employment law compliance, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and HRIS optimization.
A certified SPHR professional, he partners with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce agility and sustainable growth.
Working closely with the recruiting team, Daniel oversees the development of talent pipelines while focusing on broader organizational effectiveness. With extensive experience spanning healthcare systems, life sciences, and the insurance sector, he leverages data-driven insights to foster high-performing cultures and support employee development and retention.
Joy ensures Uniphar’s (formerly Diligent) staff adhere to quality-focused, highly-compliant policies and procedures. She and her team keep current on all government regulations, perform internal and vendor audits, and host external audits. In addition, she has responsibility for ensuring adherence to Uniphar’s Quality Policy and corporate SOPs. Joy has many years of quality assurance and audit experience, most recently with Q² Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of IQVIA. She holds an MBA degree from Strayer University and has training on many quality-related topics, including GxP compliance training, root cause analysis, and risk management.
An experienced contact center operations leader in the outsourced pharmaceutical services sector, John manages Uniphar’s (formerly Diligent Health Solution) inside (virtual) pharmaceutical sales solutions. He is involved and invested in all program elements to ensure success—program design, recruiting, training, day-to-day management, and the creation of reports that provide clients with actionable data. John’s past roles include senior sales management positions at leading outsource providers as well as extensive experience as an industry consultant.
